About ADHDier

Built for the way ADHD
actually shows up in real life.

ADHDier brings together practical tools, evidence-informed guidance, courses, printables, check-ins and quieter ways to get unstuck — without expecting you to become a different kind of brain.

Why ADHDier exists

Knowing about ADHD isn't the same as knowing what to do with it.

ADHD support tends to split into two extremes.

Too clinical to use on an ordinary Tuesday — or too simplistic to be worth much.

ADHDier sits in the middle.

Evidence-informed. Practical. Human. Built for the moment between “I understand ADHD” and “okay — what might actually help here?”

What ADHDier believes

A few things
we hold to.

  • 01

    Understand before you fix.

Behaviour is information. What's making this harder comes before what to do about it.

  • 02

Make the environment do some of the work.

Sometimes the most effective change isn't the person. It's what their brain is being asked to manage.

  • 03

    Smaller counts.

One workable step beats a system nobody can keep running.

  • 04

    Useful beats perfect.

Support that fits an ordinary Tuesday is worth more than a flawless plan you abandon.

  • 05

ADHD is more than what's hard.

Understanding ADHD should never mean becoming an expert only in the struggle.

  • 06

    Support should fit real life.

Age, development, environment, personality and demands all matter. One strategy will never fit every brain.

Certified Therapist + Teacher

Founder, ADHDier

I've spent more than two decades working with children, teens and families as an educator, school counsellor and therapist — supporting ADHD, executive function, anxiety and emotional regulation, and the very real ways those things overlap.

ADHD is also personal. One of my sons has ADHD, and somewhere along the way I came to understand my own brain differently too. That changed the questions I was interested in: not how to make an ADHD brain behave like everyone else's, but what's making this harder, what can we change around it, and what strength are we missing while we're focused on the struggle.

I didn't want to build another ADHD website. I wanted the place I kept wishing existed — where understanding why something is hard sits right beside something you can actually try.

“You don't need to become better at having a different brain. You need to understand the one you already have — and build from there.”

Evidence + experience

Lived experience matters.
So does evidence.

One doesn't replace the other. ADHDier is clear about the difference between personal experience, practical ideas and established research.

  • Evidence-informed

Research translated honestly — including what it doesn't say.

  • Therapist built

Built by a certified therapist and teacher, not a content studio.

  • Designed for real life

Made for ordinary days, not ideal conditions.

  • Kids · Teens · Adults

Different ages, different demands, different support.

Start where you are

You don't need to understand everything about ADHD today. You just need somewhere useful to start.
