The ADHDier Assessment Suite
You don't need a label to start understanding yourself.
Eight experiences that help you notice what's happening, name it accurately, find what you're good at, describe what helps and decide what to do next. None of them diagnose anything — and that's the point.

01
Wonder
Something keeps happening. You don't have a word for it yet.
02
Notice
You start seeing the pattern instead of the incidents.
03
Understand
You learn what's actually hard, and why.
04
Find strengths
You stop describing yourself only by what's difficult.
05
Find support
You can say what helps — out loud, to someone else.
06
Know what's next
You have a step, not a search bar.

Know yourself
What you bring, and what helps.
Difficulty is only half the picture. These two build the half most assessments skip.
What next
One step, not a search bar.
When you know enough and just need to know what to do with it.
ADHDier will never tell you that you have ADHD.
Similar patterns can have different explanations. Sleep, anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, learning differences, autism, environment and medical factors can all produce difficulties that look alike. That's one reason professional assessment looks at the bigger picture.
What we can do is help you notice clearly, describe accurately, and walk into a professional conversation with something written down.
ADHDier assessments are educational and reflective tools. They cannot diagnose ADHD or replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
