Privacy
What we store, and what never leaves your device.
ADHDier is built so that most of it works without an account. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use it.
01
What stays on your device
Most of ADHDier works without an account. Saved items, check-in plans, assessment results, tool entries and course progress are written to your browser's local storage on the device you are using.
That data is not sent anywhere while you are signed out. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently, and we have no copy to restore.
02
What an account stores
If you create an account, your email address and a user id are stored so you can sign in. Signing in also gives your saved items, assessment history, check-in summaries and course progress a durable home, so the same material appears on any device you use.
Check-in and assessment records are stored as structured summaries — the area, the situation you selected, and the steps that were recommended. Free-text you type into tools stays on your device.
03
Payments
Courses, printables and membership are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach ADHDier's servers.
We store the record of what you bought so your purchases and downloads stay available to you.
04
Personalization
Some check-in wording can be personalized. Only the structured plan and the situation you selected are used — never your name, email, free text, or anything that identifies you. The underlying recommendations are always chosen by ADHDier's own logic, not generated.
05
Email
If you subscribe, your email address is used to send the ADHDier newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
06
Deleting your data
You can remove anything saved to your account from within My ADHDier, and clear device data by clearing your browser storage. To delete your account entirely, email info@thrivefamily.co and we will remove it.
07
What ADHDier is not
ADHDier is educational. It does not diagnose, and nothing here is medical advice or a clinical record. See the Terms for the full picture.
