The Check-In
What's hard today?
Tell us what's getting in the way and we'll help you find somewhere useful to start.
Different from the Assessment. The Assessment asks how ADHD tends to show up across your life. The Check-In only asks about right now — and gives you a plan for today.
Who is this for?
The Check-In is educational support, not therapy, diagnosis or emergency care. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency service or a crisis line rather than a website.
What you get
Around ten questions. Then a plan written for the version of today you actually described.
The questions change with age and with what you tell us, and there's room to explain what's really going on in your own words. What comes back is a first move, something to try, and the ADHDier tools, reading and printables that fit — not general ADHD advice.
