Start Badly

A bad start still counts as a start.

What this is for

You're not starting because part of you is waiting to do it properly, or well, or in the right mood.

When to use it

When the block isn't laziness but a quiet standard you're trying to meet before you'll allow yourself to begin.

What you leave with

Explicit permission to produce something rough, plus one concrete 'bad' first move.

What are you waiting to do 'properly'?

Pick one to keep going.

Why this can help

Perfectionism often disguises itself as procrastination — the brain delays starting because it's protecting against doing it badly. Deliberately lowering the bar removes that protection mechanism's job.
